Nico is a new neighborhood investment company that makes it possible for people who love their neighborhood to build a long-term financial stake in their community by investing in local real estate.
We were tasked with helping them come up with a brand narrative, look and feel and a launch campaign + website that positions them as a new way for people to create wealth by investing in the places they love. We created a friendly, approachable brand that allows everyone to feel invited and welcomed to invest in real estate.
